Perica Kišiček

Perica is a Master of Kinesiology and a cycling coach with more than 15 years of experience in endurance sports, with a particular focus on the development of mountain biking and structured work with young athletes. He holds international coaching qualifications, including the UCI Level 1 Cycling Coach and the Cyclo-Cross (CX) Level 2 certificate, confirming his expertise in training planning and athlete development in line with modern training methodologies.

Through years of coaching, he has developed numerous successful athletes, including national champions across all competitive categories from U15 to Elite, making a significant contribution to the development of cycling and the creation of a new generation of competitors.

In 2020, he served as Head Coach of the Croatian National Triathlon Teamwhere he was responsible for coordinating the national program, athlete development, and participation in international competitions.

Alongside his coaching career, Perica has also competed in triathlon and mountain biking, in both Elite and masters categories, achieving a number of notable results and frequently reaching the podium. His hands-on competitive experience further enhances the quality of his work with athletes.

In his work, he strongly promotes sport as a way of life, with a particular emphasis on youth development, coach education, and building a high-quality sports system that enables the long-term development of elite athletes at the international level.
